Jaime Layton, I am a wife, mother to 5 wonderful kids, I have been in the homeschool community as a parent and teacher for over 25 years. I have been with FLA since 2018. With a BA in Deaf Studies, I started teaching American Sign Language at FLA, but I have enjoyed the students and community so much that it has turned into teaching so many more subjects that I love! Seeing the kids excited to learn a new language, geography, important people from history, and proud of their completed sewing projects reminds me each week why I love my job so much! In my free time I love being with my family, reading great books, and spending time with

my golden retrievers.
